Our History
ATL Automotive Group has a history deeply rooted in a passion for automobiles and a commitment to exceptional service. The company's journey began when the company's COO Bradley Carlisle, a seasoned technician with a vision, opened a modest repair shop in 2000. With a dedication to quality craftsmanship and a customer-centric approach, the business quickly gained recognition and trust within the local community.
His business partner and CEO of ATL, James Collier Sparks, was a visionary and strong force in the security technology industry. With over 25+ years in the public and private business sectors of the technology industry, he was successful in building efficient teams. He has the ability to resonate with the wants and needs of his clients while providing a genuine guarantee of quality work and establishing a family-like environment. As the automotive industry began to evolve and grow rapidly, so did Collier and Brad. They turned years of "just an idea" about going into business together to a reality by combining their businesses, and ATL Automotive Group was born.
Then they added their third partner and CFO J. Christopher Cuevas, a former colleague of Collier's, and a highly reputable CFO of public and private companies for years in Texas. Chris, with a focus on excellent performance, advanced his company to the top, clearing all possible obstacles and rang the bell on Wall Street.
Through the years, ATL's reputation for expertise, reliability, and transparent dealings enabled it to flourish and acquire multiple shops across South Texas. Today, ATL Automotive Group stands as a testament to its founders' pioneering spirit, continuing to provide top-notch automotive solutions while upholding the values that have been the cornerstone of its success.
